Does anyone know what swing change Ben Crane made to help relieve his back pain? It seems to be working well, whatever it is!!!

Why is the Slide Hip Turn( 10-14-B) easier on the Back?

Instead, it was a total 'wrench of the concepts' as to how the Pivot operates in the Downstroke. It suddenly became very clear to me -- thank you, Incubator! -- how the great Champions have moved through the Ball and how that action differs from the rest of us. I'll see if I can't put up a little video soon that will differentiate the 'Before and After' in my own case.
I have to leave it to Yoda to tell the story. If there is one.
