Newton's Third Law -- Equal and Opposite Reaction.

Example: The Ball hits the Clubface just as hard as the Clubface hits the Ball.

Example: The Hitter's Right Shoulder Launching Pad.

Lesson: For Hitters, the Right Shoulder does not 'blast off' the essentially inert Left Arm. Instead, just as starting blocks serve the runner, it supplies the 'equal and opposite reaction' for the Hitter's driving right triceps Muscle Power.
