I thought this was

Dunn's First 3 Fundamentals of his book, "Golf Fundamentals" - 1930

#1 Maintain a Steady Swing Center
#2 Maintain a Proper Swing Radius
#3 Swing the Club in Correct Oblique Plane

And #4, Don't forget to tuck your tie into your shirt when you swing.

Looks like he's got it set up on the turned shoulder plane. Could be camera angle though. Very cool. Thanks for sharing.

The line just traces the clubhead path on the backswing - then down and through until the finish.

It is amazing how simple the concept of plane is once you understand it. I cannot believe how wrong my idea of plane was at one point. It wasn't until I bought TGM and read 1-L-18(I think thats the corect ref) - The plane angle does not affect the plane line and I saw that diagram of a flat, tilted plane that my mind just clicked and got it.

I didn't even think to look the word up in the dictionary. I didn't even get the concept of a "Plane of Motion" - I was more concerned about the shifts which I tied into faulty ideas of the physics.... Infact it is amazing I could even hit the damned thing with what I used to believe.
