Can someone point me to the area in the book that deal directly with the hitters motion?Once you're in 12-1, if you went down the page and put 10- in front of every one of the 24 components, it would tell you where to find everything in chapter 10. For instance, 2-B becomes 10-2-B and is found in chapter 10. I would highlight each of the components for hitting, and in a different color, highlight all the swinging components. First, check the ones that are the same, then you might want to have a separate highlight color for components that are the same. This makes the book easier to read.

If you never read another page these have returned your investment. And, with your interest in Hitting, the last paragraph could be an anchor.

Everyone will have favorites, and all will have valid reasons for suggesting them. The more I read, the more I love everything in between the hard covers. It's truly a masterpiece.
