One of our users was having a problem viewing videos - he was getting some of them to work but then others would only play sound without pictures.
He solved this by going to his Windows Media Player - Tools/Options/Performance, and turned down his acceleration setting.
We haven't had any other reports on this specific issue, but if you have similar problems this fix might work for you.
