Right elbow to cock left wrist?

I was scrolling thru the recent 12-5 discussion when I came across a statement Yoda made:

A hitter uses the right elbow to cock and uncock the left wrist.

For the life of me, I can't figure this out.

Anyone?

If you take the club to the top position (with your right wrist bent/level/vertical) you'll automatically cock your left wrist.
The coccking of your left wrist is not supposed to be a conscious movement.

But it can be 'magic'

the forearm feeling, that is

support of impact
The cocked left wrist is a very very small movement. As the right elbow folds, it cocks the left wrist. The formation of the Flying Wedges is now complete to the top.

This can be found in 7-3 of the book if you have it.
To figure out what Lynn was saying:

1) Take a baseball grip
2) Split the hands as far away from each other on the grip as possible
3) Keeping the left wrist PASSIVE, now just bend the right elbow, notice how the left wrist responds as a result.

Blackjack,

To understand how the bending Right Elbow causes (Hitting) or permits (Swinging) the Left Wrist to Cock, do the following exercise:

1. Grip a Golf Club in your Left Hand only.

2. Turn the Left Wrist to the right and lay the Club across your thighs.

3. Reach down with the Right Hand and, with the Hand open, grip the Club lightly in the fingers. The palm of the Hand will be open and above the Clubshaft. Your Right Wrist will be Bent.

4. Now, leaving your Left Hand stationary, simply Cock the Club upwards with Right Elbow Action.

That's the way it works.

For Hitters, this Action causes the Left Wrist to Cock.

For Swingers, this Motion permits the Left Wrist to Cock (via Centrifugal Force).

Yoda,
I find this discovery(for me) fascinating. Does this elbow action then assist in the accumulator action as described in 10-4-C-1, or just 10-4-B-1?
I figured out why I found this so hard to realize, and the reason is pretty embarrassing. I made the hackers mistake of thinking that a firm grip meant firm *wrists*. Can't wait to practice to ingrain the new feeling!

One of the ways that I use to show it is this:

Hold your arms out straight in front of you and point your thumbs straight away from you with closed fingers. Bend your right elbow with no change in the wrist, and your right thumb points skyward. In order to match the left thumb to the skyward direction of the right, cock the left wrist.
Right elbow bend equates to left wrist cock. 7-3 is one of my personal favorites.
