7-3 The dominant role of Accumulator #3 & the right elbo

To whom it may concern,
Would any one care to elaborate on the dominant role of Accumulator #3... and it's relationship to the subsequent right arm participation...Major Basic Strokes - Punch, Pitch and Push. We got any takers out there?

Learnin a lot ...from y'all

This is an interesting topic, because there are two ways #3 can be used - it can be used as additional uncocking motion potential or as throwout, or combinations of the two. The extremes are high hands through Impact or low hands through Impact(10-6-D-B).
