May I suggest to have the date display on the top of each reply instead at the bottom. The reason being each time you check on new reply, its more difficult to locate the last read reply by date and time. Just a suggestion.

I second this as a good idea.

Hey guys....not sure we can change that one...since the layout is part of this design template.
