Bucket Question of the Week . . . Extensor Action Takeaway

Ok I understand Extensor Action conceptually . . . and many here have spoken of the Extensor Action Takeaway. I think I understand it. Can we get a description of this? And what does it feel like?

I have experimented lately with pushing down with the butt of my right hand. If I push down pretty strong . . . my hands go up the plane. At the top my Power Package Structure is strong (my wife would of course disagree).

So basically my feel is PUSH DOWN GO UP.

What do y'all think?

Same here. Push down to get the takeaway started, then just fold that right arm maintaing the extensor action. Feels down, but goes up.

Edit: when I don't get lazy
Dear Bucket,

When I had the luxury of going to the swamp Yoda and Ted taught me to feel as though I was stretching the left arm as though it was a piece of string. The #3ppt and the right thumb would pull the grip as though it were a large rubber band. The bending of the right elbow cocks the left wrist as Extensor Action brings the hands right to the Top. The focus was more on stretching with #3 than pushing on #1ppt.
