I'll second that motion, efnef.

John Riegger is more than capable of 'movin' on up' here. I had the privilege of playing with him in Las Vegas over Memorial Day weekend and can tell you he is one of the best ball-strikers on the PGA TOUR. He hit every fairway and 17 greens, including three par 5s in two and one par 4 in one (the 15th http://www.tpcatsummerlin.com/defaul...ID=663&hole=15 where he drove it 361 yards to 8 feet and canned the putt for eagle). All this from the tips at TPC Summerlin (Par 72, 7,242 yards, rated 73.9), home of the PGA TOUR's Las Vegas Invitational. The result was the easiest 64 -- marred only by a three-putt at the last -- I have ever seen. As I recall, he made only one putt over 20 feet.

Unbelievably impressive.
Moving day

John knocked it into the hole from 110 yards.

Followed with a par on the Par 5 second.

Then an unfortunate double at the Par 3 third. Back to -6.

The Golf Gods give...

And taketh away.
Good luck John!

Just keep playin your game man....
Finished with 2 birdies!
A birdie-birdie finish gave John a 2-under 69 today. His three-round total of 8-under is currently T-28 going into tomorrow's final round.

Great to see John make the cut and keep it going.

Good Luck John! We're all pullin for you.
Through the 9th today, John's posted four birdies -- including back-to-back on 7 and 8. Coupled with a lone bogey at the 5th, he's out in 32. That puts him at -11 for the tournament and T-12 (quite a move from T-29 at the start of play).

Keep rollin', Riegger!
Congrats, John on putting together a super tournament. It must feel really good to really put it together for four straight runs. Now that you got us spoiled on seeing how good you can play we'll be expecting more great golf from you. Keep up the great work and I for one will be pulling for you to do well the rest of the year.
Great finish John. Are you planning on playing Milwaukee in two weeks?

Well, that explains why you withdrew after shooting 3 under the first round. I'm glad it wasn't due to an injury. Rest up, and congratulations on your new arrival.

Hopefully we can catch up with you next week. I believe I'm caddying in the pro-am but will be out there either before or after that with Brad Pluth, GSEB. Looking forward to it!
