Would it be wise to emulate Arnold Palmer's pattern?
I was watching an old video of his called 'Golf Strategy' and his stroke is really efficient even with the 'whirlybird' finish.

I played football and lift weights using compound movements.Well, I don't know you so I can't comment on your strength....but Gary Player told a story about Arnold once.. he took Arnold on a tour of a gold mine in SA. The tour guide showed them a room of gold bars and said if you can pick one up with one hand you can keep it.... In all the tours over the years no one had come close to accomplishing it... Arnold did it. He had exceptionally strong hands. No..they didn't let him keep it.
