Is there Throw-out in a Basic Motion shot?
Or just is there only Throw-out when you have an out of line condition in the #2 Accumulator (wrist cock)?
Do you teach the Throw-out and Rolling motions separately? If so how do you blend them? Or do you just teach them together?
