From time to time I will get a chance to run downstairs and see what I can find in the old picture vaults and then share something with you. History, instruction, who knows.

Today from 1959- The 41st PGA Championship at the Minneapolis CG. Won by Bob Rosburg with a 277.

But here, the young "King" saves par.

What is different about this shot? -- Plane maybe?

Yup, he is hitting left -handed. Not a bad move. These guys are good even if they swung on their heads.

I found some great pictures of Bobby Jones from Merion in 1930- the last leg of the Grand Slam along with shots of Hogan in Hershey were he was a pro.
