It has been awhile since I read, watch or listen to his stuff (have book, vid and audio tapes).

I do recall that after seeing him do a one leg deep knee bend with arms in front, was enough to tell me he thought balance was important. I was never able to do that.

He does talk some about his Hogan experience.

1-legged squats or pistols. Some people say it is the most difficult bodyweight exercise. The truth is most people lack the ankle mobility in order to pull it off.
