With Swingers, that action - as well as the subsequent Hand Roll(a Rotational Motion) - is powered entirely by Centrifugal Force. WithHitters, both actions are powered by Muscular Thrust and occur simultaneously.That is, they are a reversal of the Single Wrist Action Backstroke of10-18-C-2.
