AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am / PGA TOUR / February 12-15, 2009

Jay Williamson today shot 70 (-2) and is T-43 in an unwieldly starting field of 180. Played over three courses (Pebble Beach Golf Links, Poppy Hills and Spyglass) and with amateurs in tow, this event is a challenging event for the pros.

Two weeks rest, then back at'em at Riviera and the Northern Trust Open. From there, on to El Camaleon and the Mayakoba Golf Classic, where he is defending Champion.

Nah, the win at Riviera will put him in the Match Play.

I like the way you think, efnef!

Brian called tonight, and we spent a half hour talkin' golf swing and the upcoming Northern Trust Open. He flies out Monday and is excited about returning to the PGA TOUR, but not too excited about the early week weather forecasts: Fifty degrees and rain. Ne'er the less, he'll be there giving it 100 percent . . .

It's what he does.

Jay Williamson today shot a 4-under par 68, and with a three-day total of 213 (-3), moved from T-105 to T-39 for the tournament.

One more, Jay!
