I would like to see a video of a swinger hitting a ball and have a position by position breakdown like was done with the Ted Forte hitting sequence.

He is also as pure a Swinger as you will ever see. I'll prevail upon him next week to demonstrate his Total Motion for my video camera. We'll then study his action, including the nine Components that clearly differentiate his Stroke from that of the Hitter.

There is also plenty to gain by learning Right Forearm Pickup.
Like Don Villavaso always says: "You need to play AND practice."
In this case--BOTH ways---hitting and swinging.
Some golfers find Right Forearm Pickup too restrictive. Making a good SPINE CENTERED pivot can work wonders for some players. Try IT on the range and on the course.
Bottom line: Use whatever produces the BEST results on the course!
