the Hip Turn 7-14 (slide) to transfer weight. The Hip Action mainly pulls the Loaded Power Package to Release Point with no independent motion of the Arms until Triggered, as well as establishing Pivot Lag (Pivot Train) 6-C-0 to resist Impact decceleration.
