With the basic motion, i like to preset a flat left wrist at address, which is why i think the shaft looks a little too leaned...is this ok?
And also, dealing with "swinging" and "hitting", with the basic motion im doing on the vid, is it easier to "hit" than swing? cause i found that on such a short stroke, "hitting" just seemed easier to push, than pull? what do you guys say?
Although i should say on this video, i am "swinging", not hitting
All advice or comments would help a ton, thanks
By the way, i hit 4 balls, 1st was ok, 2nd was fat, 3rd was good and 4th was good

Too much Travel. This Exercise is for Learning Hinging so it's important to position the Ball just before Low Point and Horizontal Hinge (Roll) through Impact. Keep the Primary Lever intact. Do not Bend the Left Wrist through Impact. This exercise is designed to give you time to learn.
