Look at his hips on 14 and 15.
They "revert" a little...

...that the Arms don't catch up to the Pivot until Follow Through. Many golfers reach Follow Through before Impact.

I can't really envision getting to Follow Thru before Impact. How does that work? Is that a throw away, no lag etc?

Right forearm pickup.
Punch right elbow.
Fast clearing of the right hip.
Terrifc bent right wrist really drives the wedges through impact
similar to Byron Nelson.
