Short Hip Action

10-15-C. SHORT This is the opposite of the Delayed Hip Action - It powers the Backstroke Shoulder Turn but lets the Shoulders take over the Downstroke action.

Until I saw the logic in Homers range of possibilities some of the more "ungolflike" component variations used to trouble me. Somebody , somewhere might be employing these sorts of things.
